Druckereinstellungen beim Druckserver:

Druckereigenschaften am Druckerserver öffnen und folgende Einstellungen ändern:

• Freigabe → „Druckauftragsbearbeitung auf Clientcomputern durchführen“ deaktivieren
• Erweitert → „Drucken nachdem die letzte Seite gespoolt wurde“ und „Fehlerhafte Druckaufträge anhalten“ aktivieren
• Falls das Problem noch besteht, Anschlüsse → „Bidirektionale Unterstützung aktivieren“ deaktivieren

Procedure

1. Open a command prompt and navigate to <CKGE_TMP_i Security CKGE_TMP_i Agent CKGE_TMP_i installation CKGE_TMP_i CKGE_TMP_i folder CKGE_TMP_i >.

2. Run VSEncode.exe by typing the following:

VSEncode.exe /u

This parameter opens a screen with a list of files found under <CKGE_TMP_i Security CKGE_TMP_i Agent CKGE_TMP_i installation CKGE_TMP_i CKGE_TMP_i folder CKGE_TMP_i >\SUSPECT\Backup.

Administrators can restore files classified as spyware/grayware from the Spyware/Grayware tab. The screen displays a list of files found under: <CKGE_TMP_i Security CKGE_TMP_i Agent

CKGE_TMP_i installation CKGE_TMP_i CKGE_TMP_i folder CKGE_TMP_i >\BackupAS.

3. Select a file to restore and click Restore.

Note

The tool can only restore one file at a time.

4. In the screen that opens, specify the folder where to restore the file.

5. Click OK.

Note

It might be possible for the agent to scan the file again and treat it as infected as soon as the file is restored. To prevent the file from being scanned, add it to the scan exclusion list.

6. The file is restored to the specified folder.
7. Click Close.
